📋 Description

• Collaborate with online shops in sectors such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products and fashion • Act as the central point of contact between clients and the team • Build strong client relationships through regular check-in calls and close collaboration • Take full ownership of planning, coordinating and executing projects • Develop strategies and best practices for email send volume and overall email marketing performance • Run innovative tests for clients • Use technical resources to implement ideas • Directly influence clients' growth rate and profitability • Collaborate with an operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design and technical implementation

🎯 Requirements

• You have 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM and want to deepen your expertise • Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus, but your willingness to learn new tools is essential • You are outgoing and approachable; your positive demeanor makes it easy for others to engage with you • You can interpret data and translate it into creative marketing strategies • You speak fluent German and have solid written and spoken English skills • This position is open to candidates based in Germany only
