• Develop and execute the LATAM partner strategy to achieve growth goals. • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic technology, SI, and channel partners. • Build co-sell, co-market, and co-delivery motions with partners and field sales. • Drive measurable partner-sourced and influenced revenue growth. • Localize enablement, marketing, and training for the LATAM market. • Represent MaintainX at regional industry events and partner forums. • Build repeatable frameworks for partner operations and GTM execution.
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channels, or enterprise SaaS sales in LATAM. • Proven success building and scaling partnership programs with measurable results. • Deep understanding of LATAM markets and regional nuances. • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. • Highly independent and entrepreneurial; comfortable building from scratch. • Collaborative operator who aligns easily across Sales, Marketing, and Product. • Strong existing network across SaaS, IoT/OT, or industrial tech ecosystems (for example SAP, Oracle, or previous experience with CMMS, EAM or MES technology.
