• Collaborative leadership – lead a motivated sales team and develop talent • Develop forward-looking sales strategies for PLM products • Identify new business opportunities and report to Sales Management • Create tailored solutions for customers and maintain partnerships • Work closely with other departments such as Consulting and Presales
• Several years of experience selling complex software solutions, ideally in PLM and CAX • Modern and motivating leadership style – proven experience in leading and developing teams • Strategic and analytical thinking to identify customer challenges • Degree in business or engineering, or completed vocational training with relevant further education
