• Responsible for sales of the Business Unit "Strategy, Integration & Protection" • Positioning the brand and value proposition • Building long-term, partnership-based client relationships • Participation in tender and proposal processes • Developing innovative sales enablement strategies • Monitoring trends in relevant sectors • Close collaboration with other business units
• Minimum 10 years' experience in sales or business development within a consulting environment • Familiar with CIO advisory • Experience with cyber security, implementation management, customer experience, and AI • Proven track record of revenue growth and client relationship management (> €10M per year) • Robust network of decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs) • Strong ability to execute • Strong communication skills in German and English • Customer-focused and willing to travel
