📋 Description

• You live on TikTok and Instagram, follow the latest trends, and are excited to bring your ideas to life for a sustainable jewelry brand. • Support our marketing team for six months by creating creative social media content. • Film, edit and produce videos directly in the apps or using suitable tools, using trending sounds and text animations — creative and platform-appropriate. • You always consider the algorithm and hook strategies to achieve the best possible reach and engagement. • You are one of the faces of our brand on social media and present yourself confidently on camera. • You analyze the performance of your content and learn to make data-driven optimizations. • You test new formats, sounds and creative approaches for our community.

• Social media is your world — you know TikTok and Instagram inside out, love discovering and trying new trends, and understand what performs well. • You turn ideas into platform-appropriate content quickly. • You understand how Instagram and TikTok work and use that knowledge to create viral content. • You have a feel for appealing visuals and can ensure every post fits Makaro and aligns with our branding. • You stay up to date with the latest TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds and features. • You work independently but also enjoy contributing new ideas to the team and collaborating with creative minds. • You write engaging, platform-appropriate copy and can express our brand voice perfectly in writing and speech.
