• Handle customer inquiries via email and social media • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction • Respond to customer concerns empathetically, quickly, and with a focus on solutions • Represent customer interests within the company • Support long-term projects aimed at improving quality and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in customer service or project management; leadership experience is a plus • Native-level German and very good English skills • Clear, friendly, and error-free written communication • Proficiency in touch typing • Comfortable working with IT systems • Solution-oriented, independent, thorough, and meticulous approach to work • Team player willing to take responsibility for a specific area of work • Hands-on mentality and agile mindset • Empathetic and warm demeanor, combined with the confidence to be assertive when necessary
