📋 Description

• Support with ordering and procurement of materials • Maintain and update orders, inventory, and delivery data in the ERP system • Assist with monitoring and managing stock in the warehouse, including inventory counts • Invoice verification • Prepare reports and support general administrative tasks within the Supply Chain area

🎯 Requirements

• Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or comparable training/professional experience • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written • Confident use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage • Independent and structured way of working with a high attention to detail • Team player, flexible, and highly motivated to learn new areas of responsibility • Good communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
