• Configure and implement Workday Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with tax, labor, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design payroll processes that align with best practices. • Support payroll-related integrations, including connections with time tracking, benefits, and accounting systems. • Execute configuration for core payroll elements such as earnings, deductions, taxes, retroactivity, and off-cycle processing. • Conduct and support payroll testing, including unit, parallel, and end-to-end testing. • Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide guidance on resolution. • Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure seamless end-to-end payroll operations. • Assist with documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams. • Stay informed on Workday Payroll releases and new functionality to enhance client solutions.
• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Payroll. • Demonstrated experience in configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Payroll solutions. • Workday Payroll Certification Preferred • Knowledge of payroll compliance, tax processing, garnishments, retroactivity, and off-cycle payroll processing. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in payroll configuration and testing. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on project teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
