📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable training programs using instructional design best practices • Create and deliver role-based enablement content, including certifications, playbooks, mock sessions, and sales materials • Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring content is accessible, organized, and engaging • Troubleshoot and improve enablement tools and systems to ensure seamless operations • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective learning solutions • Leverage data from platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, and enablement tools to identify gaps and improve program performance • Support go-to-market teams by building content that strengthens sales narratives, objection handling, and customer engagement • Lead projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery • Continuously refine processes and programs to improve efficiency and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development (L&D), or instructional design • Hands-on experience administering and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Proven experience creating sales enablement content (e.g., pitches, playbooks, messaging frameworks, objection handling) • Strong instructional design skills with a portfolio demonstrating engaging, effective content • Experience supporting go-to-market teams such as sales, account management, or partnerships • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, or Airtable • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement improvements. • Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment (Preferred) • Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot or Gong (Preferred) • Background in hospitality, travel, or marketplace business models (Preferred) • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments (Preferred)
