📋 Description

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as monthly and annual territory analyses as requested • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments • Problem solves by working with other associates to achieve efficiency and customer satisfaction • Resolves customer complaints and questions by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by working with suppliers, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Manages Onsite Associates in daily tasks and provides support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience • Safety and/or industrial distribution knowledge is highly preferred • Strong interpersonal communication skills across a variety of platforms • Self-starter spirit and proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals • Intermediate to Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs, and other company software platforms • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required • Valid Driver’s License required
