🎯 Requirements
• Tener experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento de equipos remotos y posiciones en USA. • Tener disponibilidad de 45 horas semanales • Tener experiencia en trabajo remoto. • Ser bilingüe (Español fluido o nativo / Inglés). • Conocer las leyes de contratación en USA, especialmente en New Jersey. • Conocer el manejo de plataformas de reclutamiento y uso de IA para encontrar el mejor talento.
