📋 Description

• As our new CMO (all genders), you will be the strategic leader for all marketing activities and drive Maniko's sustainable growth. • You will connect performance marketing with brand building, develop our international go-to-market strategy, and lead a cross-functional marketing team of 15+ people. • With your data-driven mindset and hands-on approach, you will ensure every marketing euro measurably contributes to company development. • You will be responsible for a marketing budget of over €5 million and work closely with all relevant stakeholders to establish Maniko as a leading beauty brand in the European market. • Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy for sustainable growth in e-commerce and retail. • Own all marketing KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CLV and brand metrics. • Data-driven reporting and continuous optimization of marketing performance. • Build, lead and further develop a high-performance marketing team. • Strategic planning and optimization of all performance channels (Paid Social, Paid Search/SEO, Influencer Marketing, CRO). • Efficient new customer acquisition with a focus on sustainable growth and profitable ROAS. • Build and optimize CRM strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. • Develop retention programs including print mailings, events and loyalty initiatives. • Responsible for further developing brand positioning and ensuring consistent roll-out across all touchpoints.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion or consumer goods. • 5+ years of leadership experience with proven success in building and developing marketing teams. • Demonstrable success in brand building, positioning and campaign development with measurable business impact. • Deep expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Paid Search (Google), Influencer Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization. • Confident handling of attribution models, BI tools (Tableau, Looker), Excel and data-driven reporting. • Experience in market entry, localization and multi-market campaigns. • Several years of responsibility for multi-million euro marketing budgets. • Proven track record in hiring, talent development and leading cross-functional teams. • Expertise in brand architecture, positioning and integrated campaign development. • Ability to understand complex relationships and develop long-term strategies. • Clear focus on impact and measurable results, strong execution skills. • Willingness to work operationally in a scale-up, not just delegate. • Decision-making based on data while also having the courage to run creative experiments. • Inspiring leadership style that motivates, develops and drives teams to success. • Business-fluent German and English, with strong presentation skills at the C-level. • Strong cross-functional collaboration, no silo mentality, and a high degree of empathy. • Innovative problem-solving, out-of-the-box thinking combined with pragmatism.
