📋 Description

• Responsibility for day-to-day POS operations • Point of contact for installation, maintenance, and spare-parts procurement • Managing logistics for counters, spare parts, and refits through to on-time delivery to stores • Managing the merchandising agency, including briefing, visit schedules, and quality control • Overseeing maintenance issues and complaints through to full resolution • Implementing retail plans through refits and refreshes • Measuring processes and driving continuous improvement • Collaborating with the Retail team and POS Project Management • Reporting to the Team Lead, Operations • Measuring success based on flawless counters, repair turnaround times, and refits approved on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience managing operational POS or merchandising activities in a multi-store retail environment, on the brand, agency, or retailer side • Able to demonstrate, with an example, having maintained a stable condition over several months • Willingness to conduct occasional store checks at locations across Germany • Proficient in Sheets, Excel, or Airtable • Fluent German • Very good English skills • Ideally, experience in beauty, cosmetics, or supplements, particularly with branded counters in the drugstore channel, on the brand or agency side • Ideally, knowledge of spare-parts or furniture logistics • Ideally, experience with Airtable, ClickUp, or photo-reporting tools • Ideally, experience with an asset register or similar data-maintenance systems
