• Build & Execute the Creative Engine by producing 8-10 high quality posts/videos weekly for Meta Ads • Produce 8–10 performance-driven creatives per week (video + static) designed to improve CTR, engagement, and conversions • Execute the creative mix weekly by creating 1. Product Assets Features, durability, real use cases→ • 2. Educational Assets “How to make coffee while camping”,→brewing tips • 3. Lifestyle Assets Outdoor, camping, aspirational storytelling→ • 4. Brand Story Assets Veteran-owned, mission, behind-the-→scenes • 5. UGC / Entertainment Assets Customer clips, funny/relatable→videos • Create multiple variations of winning creatives & refresh creatives every 7–10 days to prevent ad fatigue • Craft strong hooks within the first 2–3 seconds of every video & Ensure each video communicates clear value and drives action • Leverage AI tools to Scale Creative Output by increasing creative speed, volume, and variation without compromising quality. • Utilize tools like Adobe Firefly, Runway, Pika, and other AI platforms for • 1. Creative ideation • 2. Asset generation • 3. Video enhancement and editing • Produce faster iterations and multiple variations of each concept using AI • Continuously experiment with new AI workflows to improve efficiency and output • Stay ahead of AI content trends and apply them to improve creative performance • Increase creative output efficiency by 2–3x using AI-driven workflows • Support & Design High-Quality Creatives to Improve Conversions across Amazon and D2C Channels • Create Amazon listing images, A+ content, and infographics optimized for conversion • Design website banners, landing page creatives, and email visuals that support campaigns and promotions • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms • Align creatives with product positioning, customer intent, and funnel stage • Continuously Improve Creative Performance by using data and feedback loops to identify, scale, and optimize winning creatives. • Identify winning creative patterns (hooks, formats, messaging) • Double down on high-performing creatives and iterate on them • Collaborate with the Off-Amazon Growth team to: • 1. Align creatives with campaign goals • 2. Translate performance data into new creative directions • 3. Continuously improve output based on real campaign results
• At least 5-6 years of experience in graphic design + video editing (performance marketing) • Advanced Photo Manipulation – Adobe Photoshop • Strong Vector Design – Adobe Illustrator • Ability to create conversion-focused creatives, not just aesthetic designs • Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent) • Strong understanding of: • 1. Storyboarding • 2. Hooks & pacing • 3. Transitions & positioning • 4. Color grading • 5. Effects & captions • Experience with: • 1. Adobe Firefly • 2. AI video tools (Runway, Pika, etc.) • 3. Generative AI workflows • Strong portfolio showcasing: • 1. Paid social creatives (Meta/TikTok) • 2. Short-form video ads • 3. Ecommerce/Amazon assets • Experience working with D2C/Ecommerce brands (US-based preferred) • Organized and detail-oriented • Good English communication (written and verbal) • Comfortable working independently • COMPETENCIES: • Deliver Results.
