âą Manage a portfolio of up to the equivalent of 15 clients. âą Take full ownership of assigned accounts from client onboarding through ongoing campaign management. âą Conduct client onboarding to understand business goals, target audience, brand positioning, tone of voice, and marketing objectives. âą Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. âą Build and maintain long-term client relationships. âą Conduct monthly client meetings to present campaign performance and recommendations. âą Proactively identify campaign opportunities, issues and recommend solutions âą Develop paid advertising strategies aligned with client objectives. âą Plan, create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns. âą Manage campaign budgets efficiently while meeting performance goals. âą Implement audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies. âą Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule. âą Monitor campaign performance using key advertising metrics. âą Analyse campaign data to identify trends and opportunities. âą Optimise targeting, bidding, scheduling, creatives, and budgets to improve results. âą Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations. âą Create high-performing ad creatives in Canva using existing brand assets and internal creative guidelines. âą Write engaging advertising copy. âą Ensure all content aligns with each client's brand identity and Australian English standards. âą Ensure campaigns comply with advertising platform policies. âą Resolve ad approval or policy-related issues. âą Maintain accuracy and consistency across all advertising materials. âą Work closely with the digital ads team and internal marketing team âą Participate in team meetings and collaborate through ClickUp and Slack. âą Maintain timely communication with internal stakeholders during working hours
âą Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns. âą Experience managing the full paid advertising lifecycle from strategy through optimisation âą Experience managing multiple client accounts or high-volume workloads. âą Experience presenting campaign results to clients. âą Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager. âą Experience with Canva. âą Knowledge of campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, Conversion Rate). âą Experience using data to optimise advertising performance. âą Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive. âą Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal English, strong critical thinking and problem-solving, confidence speaking with clients.
