Career growth, state-of-the-art technologies to learn, and a highly collaborative working environment are some of the things that you could look forward to! • __**Duties and Responsibilities:**__ • · Design and implement LLM-powered applications using Python and modern frameworks • · Develop and maintain APIs for AI model integration using FastAPI or similar frameworks • · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems • · Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize model outputs • · Build and maintain data processing pipelines for training and inference • · Ensure system performance, scalability, and security • Stay current with the latest developments in LLM and AI technologies

🎯 Requirements

• __**Must-have Skills / Qualification:**__ • · At least 1.5+ years of professional software development experience (Fresh graduate will also consider if candidate has strong technical background working with llm) • **Technical Skills:** • · Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (industry standard) • · Proficiency in Python with experience in FastAPI or similar API frameworks (Flask, Django REST) • · Experience working in Linux environments for development and deployment • · Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation • · Knowledge of version control systems (Git) • · Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • · Experience with AI-powered coding assistants (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codeium, Cline, etc) • **Soft Skills:** • · Strong motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies • · Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities • · Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences • · Ability to work collaboratively in agile development environments • · Self-motivated • __**Advantageous Skills/Experience:**__ • · Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a Plus • · Understanding of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems is a Plus • · Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation is a Plus • **AI/ML Specific Skills:** • · Understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms • · Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face) • · Knowledge of prompt engineering and model fine-tuning techniques
