📋 Description

• Keep client and loan information updated and accurate in Connective Mercury • Manage the loan pipeline and make sure all applications are moving forward on time • Follow up on required documents and ensure everything is complete before submission • Prepare and organize loan applications based on lender requirements • Coordinate with lenders and other stakeholders for updates and follow-ups • Handle post-settlement tasks, such as scheduling client check-ins, including 6- and 12-month reviews and rate checks • Spot delays or issues early and take action to keep deals on track • Help improve processes and workflows, especially within Mercury • Support in organizing backend operations to make work more efficient • Provide general admin support to keep daily operations running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail • Proactive and process-driven, with the ability to identify gaps and improve workflows • Comfortable working in a growing business where systems are still being built • Hands-on experience with Connective Mercury CRM (strong advantage)
