📋 Description

• Edit and assemble high-volume real estate video content using Final Cut Pro, DaVinci, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects • Perform colour correction, grading, exposure balancing, white balance and contrast adjustments • Stabilise footage, correct shaky shots and adjust framing • Use tracks, layers, masks, non-destructive workflows, multi-cam syncing and drone/aerial integration • Design and animate motion graphics including location markers, property site outlines, lower thirds, titles, transitions and logo stings • Sync footage to music and voiceover and manage pacing and rhythm • Create social media content from larger video productions • Perform minor edits on larger video projects • Follow editing templates, style guidelines and studio standards • Maintain file handling, naming, folder structures, export specifications, version control and delivery procedures • Protect client material and maintain confidentiality • Identify missing, corrupt or unusual files and communicate issues promptly • Upload finished videos to the company's Vimeo system • Produce animated property site outlines, title sequences, lower thirds and end cards using After Effects and Illustrator or DaVinci Fusion • Check spelling, alignment, timing, brand colours and animation presentation; make revisions • Complete final quality-control checks before submission • Follow written instructions, job notes, examples and feedback • Manage priorities and escalate deadline risks early • Participate in technical strategy and consulting meetings • Participate in daily morning check-ins with the Australian team • Primarily produce residential and commercial real estate videos, plus interviews, testimonials, corporate functions and social media content

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of professional video editing experience in a commercial or production environment • Strong practical experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, including colour correction, audio syncing, multi-cam editing, trimming, transitions and footage clean-up • Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, site outlines, motion tracking aerial footage, animated titles, lower thirds and template-based design work • Experience with AI-assisted editing or generative tools such as Adobe Firefly and Premiere's AI features is highly desirable • Strong visual judgement covering pacing, colour, composition, consistency, realism and overall video presentation • Ability to work on high-volume video production • Strong file management and production discipline • Ability to follow detailed editing instructions, job briefs, mark-ups and established production standards • Strong attention to detail while maintaining speed, accuracy and consistency • Good written and spoken English communication skills • Ability to work independently, manage daily workloads and meet production deadlines • Reliable computer equipment and stable internet connection suitable for large image files and remote production work • Willingness to work according to Australian business/production requirements and quality standards • Comfortable working as part of a pioneer production team in the Philippines • Must have own working equipment • Experience with multi-asset production workflows and understanding of post-production pipelines and delivery schedules • Portfolio demonstrating relevant real estate and/or architectural video editing work • Strong experience with Final Cut Pro is preferred • Experience editing Australian-market videos and Australian property presentation standards is advantageous • Experience editing real-estate/property video is advantageous • Experience with drone and aerial photography is advantageous • Experience with helicopter/aerial photography is advantageous • Experience with architectural video production is advantageous • Experience using AI tools to improve video editing and production workflows is advantageous
