📋 Description

• Support and strategic development of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers • Identification and development of new target markets, business areas and customer segments • Sales, revenue and profit responsibility for the assigned countries • Planning and execution of brand and product launches abroad • Development and implementation of the sales strategy in alignment with the marketing strategy • Preparation and evaluation of customer and market analyses as well as competitor monitoring as a basis for active and successful assortment planning • Planning, setting and tracking of annual targets with distribution partners • Preparation and coordination of proposals and quotations • Conducting product trainings together with international product managers • Close cooperation with internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Talent, determination, curiosity and a genuine passion for beauty • Degree in business administration or comparable commercial training • Ideally 3–5 years of professional experience in account management or category management within the consumer goods industry (FMCG); export experience, preferably in the Asian region • Motivation, enthusiasm, persuasiveness and negotiation skills • Strategic and creative engagement with strong execution capabilities • Hands-on mentality • Team-player qualities with an independent, reliable and results-oriented working style • Analytical strength with the ability to derive concrete actions from analyses and implement them • High customer orientation and strong closing skills • A positive presence combined with a confident and personable manner • Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
