📋 Description

• Configuring, Troubleshooting and supporting the Routing, Switching, Security and DNS/DHCP/IPAM and needs of enterprise customers. • Install/Decom/Modify/Troubleshoot network elements remotely and in compliance with network standards, as part of Incidents, service requests, Change requests or Complex change/Projects requirements. • Coordinate with field support engineers and other stakeholders to plan and execute complex multi phased changes to the customer network. • Coordinate /Troubleshooting complex network incidents involving the broad infrastructure components and technologies under stringent SLAs and timelines. • Inventory and documentation management including creating, updating and maintaining. • Interface with the customer architects, implementation managers, vendors, operations, other engineering team and account team members to gather requirements for assigned tickets. • Providing customer communications and technical troubleshooting documentation when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• CCNA (L2) CCNP(L3) or equivalent knowledge in networking fundamentals • Strong working experience in Huawei/ Zscaler/ Palo Alto/Cloud connectivity. • Experience working in LAN, WLAN, VPN, MPLS, IPSEC, GRE and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) • Experience supporting Firewall and security incidents. • Experience in customer operations incident handling. • Good communication skills. • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Experience in interacting and effectively communicating with clients on complex high pressure troubleshooting bridges and war room situations.
