📋 Description

• Lead the design of agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients, including regulated industries such as banking, insurance, telecom, and healthcare • Own architecture quality across engagements, ensuring data, knowledge, models, and agents fit together • Architect end-to-end agentic AI solutions across data access, knowledge, models, and agent orchestration layers • Lead multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and LLM/SLM selection and fine-tuning strategies • Define governance and guardrail designs, including model access control, policy enforcement, evidence management, and audit trails • Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, data protection, and compliance requirements, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, SOC 2, and HIPAA where relevant • Set and review engineering standards across deployments, including architecture reviews, reference designs, and reusable asset libraries • Act as the principal AI solution design partner to senior client stakeholders • Mentor forward-deployed engineers and delivery consultants on complex engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience architecting AI, data, or platform solutions running in production in large enterprises • Mastery of AI solution architecture, including multi-agent systems, RAG, LLM/SLM integration, evaluation frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns • Strong grasp of AI governance, security, and compliance in regulated industries • Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL and at least one modern application stack • Ability to review and guide real implementations, not only draw diagrams • Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks is an advantage • Contact-centre or CRM integration experience is an advantage • Strong consulting and executive-level stakeholder-management skills
