• Realizar el proceso de Reclutamiento • Manejar Bolsa laborales • Realizar campo y hunteo • Realizar entrevistas por competencias. • Manejo de procesos masivos e individuales a nivel nacional.
🎯 Requirements
• Profesional Bachiller de Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Ing. Industrial o afines • Disponibilidad Inmediata. • Experiencia de 6 meses en reclutamiento y selección de perfiles masivos. (Indispensable) • Deseable experiencia en reclutamiento (en Trade Marketing) de impulso y/o anfitrionaje. • Disponibilidad para trabajo Remoto (Contar con Laptop)
