📋 Description

• Provides day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting Team • Database administration and research to target organizations to provide appropriate candidate prospects • Multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service • Building solid working relationships with clients and the recruiting team • Managing recruitment coordination scheduling interviews and travel arrangements • Sourcing and screening when needed and handling offer documentation • ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance • Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system • Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system • Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork • Arrange appointments with potential candidates requiring extensive phone time • Candidate follow-up, provide assistance with reference checks • Pre-screen and interview scheduling for Recruiters or Client Hiring Managers • Coordinate recruiting team communications • Invoicing coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination • ATS: Workday - Experience highly preferred • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, business articles, corporate and client communications, etc. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiters, executives, and candidates • Reside in the Central or Mountain time zones • High school diploma or equivalent
