📋 Description
• Conduzir processos seletivos end-to-end para vagas operacionais em nível Brasil; • Atuar de forma estratégica e ativa na atração de candidatos, utilizando diferentes fontes e abordagens; • Gerenciar processos por meio de ATS (Gupy será um diferencial); • Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de R&S, garantindo agilidade e qualidade nas entregas; • Atuar em parceria com gestores e áreas internas, mantendo alinhamento e fluidez no processo.
🎯 Requirements
• Escolaridade mínima: Graduação concluída; • Experiência com recrutamento e seleção de alto volume para vagas operacionais; • Home office com limitação regional: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Curitiba.
