📋 Description

• Manage Strategic Sourcing activities for categories such as paid media, events and sponsorships, creative agencies, production agencies, market research, and merchandising • Lead end-to-end Strategic Sourcing processes • Prepare and manage RFPs • Conduct competitive bidding processes among suppliers • Collect and evaluate commercial proposals • Negotiate with suppliers • Manage contracts • Support supplier qualification and onboarding • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Act as a trusted Procurement advisor to business teams • Manage and deliver a defined portfolio of Strategic Sourcing projects • Independently lead RFP processes • Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and financial KPIs • Improve negotiated commercial terms with suppliers • Extend payment terms negotiated with suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Strategic Procurement • Strong experience in Marketing Procurement • Solid knowledge of Strategic Sourcing methodologies • Experience conducting complex supplier negotiations • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical, results-oriented profile • Advanced or fluent English (required) • University degree
