📋 Description

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates to support hiring requirements • Conduct active candidate searches through job boards, databases, social networks, and other sourcing channels • Enter and maintain accurate candidate information in the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools • Present pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates according to client requirements and service level expectations • Prepare recruitment reports, process analyses, and sourcing metrics • Achieve daily productivity and performance goals established by the client

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience recruiting positions in several industries • Advanced English level (mandatory) • Experience in sourcing, recruiting, candidate screening, and talent qualification • Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to conduct effective telephone screenings and candidate evaluations • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously • Spanish/English bilingual capability indicated by the job title
