📋 Description

• Orchestrate the seasonal and product launch Go-to-Market calendars • Act as the primary marketing liaison for retail accounts • Collaborate with the Retail Fixture Team for POS displays and signage • Analyze sell-through data and ROI on trade spend • Ensure consistent product messaging and supply chain readiness • Partner with Retail Digital Media team for omnichannel strategies • Manage the trade marketing budget with high accountability • Own the digital retail experience and optimize online content • Manage trade shows and conferences from logistics to ROI analysis • Design training programs for retailer teams • Launch and manage Staff Advocacy initiatives • Serve as the primary intelligence loop between retail and marketing • Other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in marketing, retail, and visual merchandising • A deep understanding of retailers (Target, Walmart, Best Buy) and consumer behavior • 6+ years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing • Proven ability to manage retail account relationships • Hands-on experience with in-store marketing techniques • Strong analytical and commercial acumen • Familiarity with retail media networks • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills • Budget management experience • Strong communicator and facilitator
