• Ensures clinical innovation and education efforts are created and executed through internal and external channels • Work closely with Inside and Field Sales team members to develop and create clinical sales-related content and materials • Enhance the clinical presence and resources across all channels to maximize Quantum Rehab’s footprint • Develop and maintain strong presentation skills on all Pride and Quantum-related product lines • Support the Quantum Rehab Leadership teams by providing education, training and guidance • Ensure proper content and distribution of Quantum educational materials • Develop content and regular updates of Quantum Rehab and Stealth educational and marketing materials • Educate and support the Sales teams by implementing tools to penetrate referral sources and clinicians
• At least 5 years of experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist with direct patient contact • Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement • Excellent proficiency presenting to diverse audience groups through PowerPoint and videos • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent web navigation skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy • ATP Certification or eligible to sit for the ATP exam within 12 months of employment
• $14,000 commission potential • $2,500 bonus potential
