📋 Description

• Handle transactions with various levels of complexity • Maintain accurate processing of received transactions • Provide excellent service to internal and external clients • Respond to inquiries received from clients after appropriate research • Collaborate with teams in various offices to meet service standards • Suggest process improvements for optimization of service efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Fully bilingual (French/English) • College diploma or relevant work experience • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong decision-making skills • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities • Strong organizational skills
