• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers driving the development of conversational maps and MCP infrastructure • Organize team’s day-to-day work, foster growth and development of team members • Empathize with internal and external customers delivering features that address their needs • Drive company, product, and team objectives, collaborating with stakeholders in decision-making • Establish, track, and iterate on operational metrics to ensure team success

• 7+ years of people management experience • Experience leading engineering teams that deliver production-grade AI or ML-powered systems • Strong understanding of agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, or context protocols • Deep technical experience in AI systems and API design • Proven ability to drive AI strategy thinking across teams
