📋 Description

• Own accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures for key balance sheet and income statement accounts • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations • Perform flux analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support the accounting close process • Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures for assigned responsibilities • Support financial statement audits and tax filings upon request • Aid in optimizing existing platforms and using NetSuite, Floqast, and Navan • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate accounting • Netsuite experience (required) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple tasks at once • Strong written communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills • Highly self-motivated • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Prior experience with Floqast and Navan Expense + Travel is a plus, but not required • CPA with Big 4 Experience is a plus, but not required • Regular alignment with the U.S. Eastern business day • Based in India and able to work the required night-shift hours
