📋 Description

• Maintain efficient processes that initiate the preparation of monthly invoices • Maintain and/or ensure maintenance of client records related to invoicing • Create billing, ensure accuracy, and resolve inconsistencies • Partner with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and other departments on customer sales order processing and invoicing • Adhere to accounting policies • Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance • Support Billing and Accounts Receivable processes • Support month-end close and financial consolidation of Corporate and International entities • Manage regulatory compliance with various government agencies • Proactively identify and resolve potential compliance issues • Manage cash processes and support banking activities • Support the annual audit, including support pulls and PBC preparation • Perform ad-hoc accounting projects, including UAT and technical accounting analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office and data entry • Working knowledge of ERP software is a plus • Comfortable with mathematics and financial data • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Great attention to detail • A passion for process definition, documentation, and improvement is highly desired • Ability to work 1:00 PM–11:00 PM IST shift
