📋 Description

• Prepare monthly journal entries • Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly • Conduct account analysis and research • Prepare accurate and prompt balance sheet reconciliations • Record inter-company charges, depreciation, and amortization through journal entries • Bill and reconcile inter-company accounts monthly and correct variances • Support the Accounting department with budgeting targets and identify areas to increase EBITDA • Assist with guiding accounting junior staff and specialists • Process month-end checklist items in a timely and accurate manner • Complete timely, clear, and accurate account reconciliations • Assist with reviewing AP Vendor Maintenance • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting • Provide ad hoc research and reporting to Supervisors, Managers, Director, and regional finance

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in accounting, with a finance speciality preferred, or equivalent experience • Several years of experience in general accounting • Proficiency with ERPs, word processing, and spreadsheets (MS Excel) required • Public accounting experience • Proficiency in SAP and Excel preferred
