📋 Description

• Validate commercial locations based on market data, geolocation and business feasibility; • Analyze financial feasibility of projects (including Built-to-Suit models); • Assess technical and legal aspects of properties (zoning, land use and licensing); • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously (pipeline of units in opening and their first year); • Monitor schedules, critical milestones and implementation risks; • Conduct legalization and unit opening processes with regulatory authorities; • Serve as the main point of contact between internal departments (Infrastructure, Academic, Marketing and Sales); • Support franchisees in the transition to operation, ensuring compliance with brand standards; • Monitor initial performance of units (commercial funnel and income statement/P&L in the first year).

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields; • Experience in implementation or business expansion (preferably within franchise networks); • Experience with financial feasibility analysis and performance indicators; • Knowledge of real estate and regulatory processes; • Experience in project management and handling multiple concurrent initiatives; • Availability to travel. • Preferred qualifications: • Experience in the education sector or with high-investment networks; • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Asana or similar.
