📋 Description

• Execute strategic Health Management projects for the client portfolio, focusing on medical plan cost control and health promotion. • Monitor hospitalizations and implement strategies to support safe hospital discharge (dehospitalization). • Participate in health committees and perform risk analyses. • Identify variances and financial impacts and define action plans. • Analyze technical queries from clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Nursing with active COREN registration. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). • Experience in the health benefits market, medical auditing, brokers and health plan operators. • Strong analytical and clinical care skills. • Strategic mindset. • Experience developing health indicators/metrics. • Ability to work effectively in a team. • Conflict resolution skills. • Good communication skills.
