📋 Description

•MapLight Therapeutics is a clinical stage biotech company focusing on CNS disorders •Lead development of a promising neurologic compound for Alzheimer’s treatment •Oversee cross-functional teams and may have direct reports •Leadership and management of a cross-functional development team •Support issues critical to optimizing departmental quality, efficiency, engagement •Ensure study adherence to Clinical Practice •Evaluate study data and metrics •Partner with pharmacovigilance to review and report clinical safety data •Interact with sites and CROs to support study awareness and patient recruitment •Contribute to preparation and review of regulatory documents

🎯 Requirements

•MD or equivalent •Preferred: Board Certified/Board Eligible in neurology or psychiatry •Minimum 3 years of CNS research is required •Preferred: Minimum 5 years industry experience •Preferred: Minimum 3 years in research in neurodegenerative diseases •Preferred: Meaningful regulatory interactions •Established relationships with thought leaders and investigators •Demonstrated ability to work well within a geographically diverse team •Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams •Able to work within a growing organization within the U.S. •Able to engage in open, constructive dialogue with stakeholders •Effective oral and written communication skills •Fluent in written and verbal business English •Highly motivated, self-driven and dependable •Committed to MapLight's Core Beliefs and Values
