📋 Description

• Oversee the performance, contracts, and relationships of key technology vendors • Collaborate with the VP of Technology/IT Operations • Develop and execute a vendor management program • Enhance service quality and delivery through continuous performance monitoring • Drive cost savings by negotiating favorable contracts • Mitigate risks related to vendor issues • Proactively monitor and manage contract renewals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in broader IT roles • At least 3+ years of hands on experience in IT Vendor Management negotiating contracts • Strong understanding of IT procurement, vendor governance, and operational processes • Financial acumen (cost management, budget alignment) required • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC, and Hi-Trust beneficial • Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions required • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, particularly AWS, strongly desired
