📋 Description

• Own and maintain the fundraising pipeline from active conversations through close, keeping CRM intelligence, notes, follow-ups, and analytics current • Build targeted, niche engagement plans and identify priority contacts for partner events • Coordinate calls, meetings, and investor visits with prospective investors • Track every next step, note, and follow-up • Draft and send timely, thoughtful email follow-up after every interaction • Support partners through fundraising cycles lasting six months to two or three years • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to assess momentum, surface next steps, and keep progress moving • Synthesize investor context and prepare partner briefings • Organize internal handoffs so questions reach the right person and are answered quickly • Improve fundraising processes, pipeline discipline, and visibility across 120–200+ contacts at different stages

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • Excellent spoken and written English • Experience in private equity, venture capital, wealth management, a family office, or another buy-side investment fund • Understanding of fundraising and deal-flow processes from an LP perspective • Experience working with family offices and institutional investors is especially valuable • Alternatively, enterprise sales or business development experience in software or technology • Experience with sophisticated clients and long, complex sales cycles • Highly effective with people • Exceptional follow-up discipline • Comfortable working closely with senior partners and stakeholders • Understanding of when to reach out, when to wait, and how to add value at each touchpoint • Fluency with AI tools • CRM-based pipeline management experience • Sound judgment, a strong point of view, positive energy in challenging moments, and initiative to take ownership without waiting to be directed
