• Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to advance the mission and fundraising goals of March of Dimes • Manage the CDO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, donor engagements, travel, and events • Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and reports • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CDO • Assist in coordinating donor meetings, cultivation events, and stewardship activities • Maintain donor records and support data entry in CRM systems • Compile, manage, and distribute regular revenue reports for the CDO and leadership team • Support execution of development initiatives and campaigns • Coordinate logistics and materials for board meetings and committees related to development • Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries • Process expense reports and invoices
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3–5+ years of executive administrative support, preferably in a nonprofit or development setting • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • High level of discretion and professionalism • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft programs. Advanced excel including pivot tables and data analysis, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Concur experience a plus. • Experience working with data, reporting, or financial/revenue tracking
