📋 Description
• Ensures data integrity, analyzing reports to evaluate and implement action plans • Developing/stewarding donor relationships and mobilizing supporters • Supporting the Senior Executive Director • Creating mission impact, mobilizing supporters, and growing a diversified revenue portfolio • Recruiting, activating, and retaining influential volunteer leaders • Monitoring and discussing direct report revenue goal progress • Providing coaching and professional development
🎯 Requirements
• 5 to 7 years experience • Four year college degree • Experience in managing multiple staff over various functional areas, including employees who telecommute • Experience in a nonprofit environment a plus • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong leadership/management skills with the ability to motivate staff and lead change • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Proven track record building internal and external relationships
