📋 Description
• Drive revenue growth and expand donor engagement • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy • Recruit, develop, and mentor a fundraising team • Personally manage relationships with top donors • Monitor performance, analyze data, and ensure compliance • Collaborate across departments to reach collective goals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 10 years of relevant fundraising, development, or sales experience • At least 5 years in a leadership/supervisory role • Demonstrated success in revenue generation, strategic planning, volunteer engagement, major gifts cultivation • Excellent communication and influencing skills
