📋 Description

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for dry docking, inspections, and vessel technical project workflows • Translate customer, operational, and business needs into clear product outcomes and delivery priorities • Improve how technical project data is captured, structured, reused, and surfaced across the Marcura ecosystem • Identify automation opportunities across intake, planning, approvals, documentation, reporting, and outputs • Expand integrations with partner systems to reduce manual work and improve data quality • Define success metrics, track adoption, and use insights to continuously improve the product • Work with engineering to turn complex maritime workflows into simple, scalable product experiences • Collaborate with commercial and customer-facing teams to support discovery, rollout, onboarding, and adoption • Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform and ecosystem value • Champion the use of AI agents and modern automation approaches to simplify workflows for users and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Expert understanding of maritime operations, vessel technical projects, dry docking, inspections, or related workflows • Proven experience owning a complex B2B or enterprise product from strategy through execution • Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviews, workflow mapping, problem framing, and opportunity sizing • Ability to turn ambiguous operational problems into structured product requirements and clear delivery plans • Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, data models, workflow automation, or platform capabilities • Strong understanding of ecosystem plays, partner integrations, and how data can improve user experience and business outcomes • Ability to define metrics, analyze adoption, and make product decisions based on evidence • Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, operations, commercial, customer success, and leadership teams • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex maritime and technical topics • High ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment • Advanced proficiency with Figma, Miro, modern productivity tools, and AI-enabled workflows • Practical experience using AI agents, automation tools, or low-code/no-code approaches to improve personal and team productivity
