📋 Description

• Deliver live sessions, typically 90 to 150 minutes, mostly online • Prepare from the written brief at least five working days before each session • Facilitate structured practice, small-group work, feedback, and in-the-moment coaching • Manage sceptical senior participants, quiet groups, and participants who prefer debate over practice • Submit brief written session notes within 48 hours of every session • Complete paid methodology induction and accreditation before client-facing work • Remain open to observation and feedback after accreditation • Potentially extend the role to follow-up coaching with the same group, depending on seniority and ability

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate setting • Strong online delivery skills, including running breakout groups, keeping cameras on, maintaining energy, and handling session mechanics • Comfortable delivering material written by others while following a prescribed structure • Skilled at running practice and giving direct, useful feedback to adults • Reliable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session notes • Fluent, credible professional English • Comfortable working with senior audiences • Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures • Desirable: coaching qualification or experience delivering one-to-one and group work • Desirable: additional languages or experience delivering to international cohorts working in a second language • Interest in evidence-based learning design
