📋 Description

• Deliver live sessions, typically 90 to 150 minutes, mostly online • Work from session designs and written briefs prepared by the Programme Scientist • Prepare from the brief at least five working days before each session • Facilitate structured practice, including small-group work, feedback, and in-the-moment coaching • Manage varied participant dynamics, including sceptical senior participants and groups that are quiet or debate-focused • Submit brief written session notes within 48 hours of every session • Participate in accreditation before the first client session • Remain open to observation and feedback after sessions • Potentially provide follow-up coaching to the same group based on seniority and ability

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate setting • Strong online delivery skills, including running breakout groups and managing session mechanics • Comfortable delivering material not personally written, while following a required structure • Skilled at running practice and giving direct, useful feedback to adults • Reliable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session notes • Fluent, credible professional English • Comfortable with senior audiences • Experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures is desirable • Coaching qualification or one-to-one and group-work experience is desirable • Additional languages or experience delivering to international cohorts working in a second language is desirable • Familiarity with evidence-based learning design is desirable • Must complete accreditation before client-facing work • Must accept confidentiality, intellectual property assignment, and client non-solicitation contract terms
