📋 Description

• Design and develop full‑stack features using Java 21 and React • Participate in a full redesign of the user interface • Help modernize the backend (upgrade from Java 11 to 17, then to 21; framework evolution) • Contribute to application architecture and make foundational technical decisions • Work directly with end users to understand their needs • Own your topics end-to-end, from design through production rollout • Ensure the quality of deliverables: robustness, performance, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development • Strong proficiency in Java (in modern backend environments) and React for frontend development • Experience working on production systems with high volume or criticality requirements • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of end‑to‑end topics • Eager to understand the functional/business stakes behind technical solutions • Proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing improvements
