📋 Description

• Manage and develop the performance and careers of your team • Support the onboarding of new hires • Facilitate professional activities and engagement among consultants • Actively participate in recruiting for your team • Ensure the quality of selection processes from technical validation through to the end of recruitment • Represent and promote MARGO's Software Engineering offering and area of expertise • Ensure successful delivery of consultants' projects within your practice • Participate in scoping assignments or provide project expertise in your domain • Present proposals and commitments to clients during pre-sales, audit, or project delivery phases • Ensure ongoing technical expertise • Engage partners, create events, maintain active technology scouting, and develop service offerings • Contribute to developing MARGO's reputation as a technical expert

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent • You are familiar with the consulting environment • You are willing to step outside your comfort zone • You have a strong interest in management and leadership • You have prior successful experience as a Data Consultant or in Sales within data consulting
