📋 Description
• Lead Pathway DC and Cash Balance solutions implementation and service delivery • Manage Implementation and Service Teams • Build relationships with wealth advisors and external vendors • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale business
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University • Potential certification or designation, preferably CPFA or QPFC • Prior experience working for a recordkeeper or TPA is a plus
