• Develop the network and manage relationships with strategic partners and channels. • Manage the Partnership Program and propose improvements whenever necessary. • Structure and execute onboarding, training and enablement for these partners and channels. • Create joint business plans with partners to increase lead/opportunity generation. • Propose and develop relationship-building activities with channels to encourage engagement. • Plan and develop, with support from internal teams, content to support channel prospecting and referral processes. • Monitor performance and satisfaction indicators and propose continuous improvements. • Map new partners and expansion opportunities. • Track the handling of referred leads through all stages of the funnel. • Monitor the implementation process for converted referrals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Communications, Industrial Engineering or related fields. • Experience in channel and partnership management (B2B, preferably B2B SaaS). • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. • Analytical mindset with a results focus. • Organized and able to manage multiple partners simultaneously. • Familiarity with HubSpot, marketing automation, or channel management tools. • Advanced English and Spanish. • Plus: Experience in technology companies, SaaS, or digital health. • Experience in B2B sales. • Experience with partner go-to-market strategies.
