📋 Description

• shape and redesign e-commerce retail experiences across web and mobile • contribute to designing and transforming digital e-commerce stores • craft seamless and engaging customer journeys from product pages to checkout • work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to drive design and brand alignment across digital touchpoints

🎯 Requirements

• 5 plus years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce or retail projects. • Deep understanding of online retail user behavior, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising. • Mastery of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping platforms. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across marketing, engineering, and business teams. • Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting design solutions that drive business outcomes. • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process—research, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI—with measurable outcomes (conversion, engagement, etc.). • Solid grasp of responsive and accessible design for e-commerce. • Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.) or experience working with cross-sell, up-sell, and personalized merchandising solutions is a plus. • Experience with retail platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and integrations.
