📋 Description

• Own creator delivery for a portfolio of brands from brief through final handover. • Serve as the primary point of contact for creator work across assigned accounts. • Track timelines, identify risks, and flag slippage with an attached plan. • Translate client briefs into casting specifications and cast creators by product persona. • Source creators across TikTok, Instagram, Trybe, CreatorIQ, and Nectar. • Negotiate fixed rates, issue contracts, and manage product and shipping logistics. • Present client-ready creator shortlists. • Write detailed creator briefs and direct framing, lighting, pacing, delivery, and reusable-shot details remotely. • Collaborate with the creative strategist while owning execution quality. • Coach creators through revisions while maintaining relationships. • QA every asset against the brief and agreed terms. • Run revisions, recasts, and reshoots when needed. • Hand off assets to editors and keep post-production moving. • Maintain the tracker for account continuity. • Present creator work and explain casting and production decisions. • Manage volume spikes and communicate capacity risks early. • Feed performance learnings into future casting specifications. • Build repeatable account processes.

🎯 Requirements

• You have carried a portfolio of brands yourself, not assisted on one. • Casting judgment: ability to identify appropriate creators from a brief, prioritizing product personas over follower counts. • Ability to write briefs that are executed correctly by people you have never met. • Ability to direct creators remotely and obtain specific shots through text communication. • Negotiation and paperwork skills covering rates, usage, deliverables, and deadlines. • Ability to manage high volume without slippage; experience with seven to eight briefs per month across roughly thirty creators is relevant. • Platform fluency with Trybe, CreatorIQ, Nectar or similar is a bonus, not required.
